Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Social Care Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the effective administration of social care properties, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Administration:
Maintain accurate records of social care properties, including occupancy status, maintenance schedules, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist in the procurement of necessary supplies and services for the properties.
- Tenant Support:
Liaise with social care professionals, tenants, and external stakeholders to address property-related concerns.
Provide administrative support for tenant placements and transitions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare reports on property-related metrics and contribute to organizational reporting requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Communication:
Communicate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and tenants.
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in property administration, ideally within a social care context.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office suite and property management software.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in social care property management.
